How Does the Program Work?

Once we have determined that your household is eligible to participate in the program, you will be contacted by a local agency that will schedule a time for your home to be assessed. The assessment will evaluate your service needs and determine in which ways we can increase the comfort of your home. The local agency will discuss the results of the assessment with you and schedule a contractor to come out to your home to complete the recommended work.
